This was not a successful week.
A combination of going out of town for a wedding and missing a workout, along with having a box of donuts in the house all week, combined with having to log my update early since I'm out of town tomorrow, means the numbers are not terribly great for last week.
Hopefully I can get back on track this week, but it'll be a little tricky since I'm out of town for a few days. Time to see just how dedicated I am to my routine...
(Also, quick note: I took out the body fat percentage measurement, as it hasn't proven terribly reliable and it's difficult to do those measurements on your own)
