As promised, here is my new progress update, at its regular new time. More weight was lost that one would expect, likely due to the larger window between the last update and today. I'm not posting anything about miles or calories because the long break makes it hard to track.
One thing I did recently to change up my routine is to walk more places nearby, even on days when I workout. It's too easy to use exercise as an excuse to be lazy the rest of the day, and I'm working on fixing that. So, if I'm going somewhere that's within 2 or 3 miles of my house, I've been trying to walk there.
This will be a better plan once the weather is a bit nicer...
