A 10k run in the Arizona heat, as chronicled through text and selfies

Last night I told my friend that running wasn't that bad, and decided to prove it to her by sending her progress updates throughout my morning run. Unfortunately, I left the house later than intended and, thanks to the infamous Arizona heat, this plan may have slightly backfired.
